Some of Lima´s most renowned chefs collaborated in this production with some of their finest recipes that denote the fascinating fusion of cultures (namely Inca, Spanish, African, French, Chinese and Japanese) that have made the Peruvian cuisine what it is today.
The proceeds from the sale of this book are donated in their entirety to the "Aprendamos Juntos" Program, created by the Felipe Antonio Custer Foundation.
